Voting is done on the Voting Portal (ElectonBuddy). Automated email messages with secure links to vote are sent to the ELUNA/IGeLU member institution contacts from “Ex Libris Users” invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com No usernames and passwords are necessary to access the ballot – just use the unique link provided in the email. Members with one or more of the following products in their institutional profiles will be eligible to vote for new content providers: content, CDI, Summon, 360/Intota, Alma, Primo, and SFX.

Cast your vote. Each ELUNA/IGeLU member institution may cast 1 vote for each provider they wish to see added. Although there is no limit to the number of new providers an institution can vote for, we ask the community to focus on relevant and impactful providers for their unique environments, resulting in a clear prioritization of needs for Ex Libris. Your vote is instrumental in guiding Ex Libris’s Content development priorities.
In some cases, consortium offices within IGeLU will receive a single link for memberships associated with their consortium login. This login will vote on behalf of all of their consortium members. Individual institutions within these consortia will not receive links to vote.
