Currently, 110 California Community Colleges are eligible to vote on the ELUNA enhancements, which is a powerful tool in influencing which enhancements are sent to Ex Libris. The ELUNA enhancement voting process, CERV, is only one of the benefits of ELUNA membership.

The Council of Chief Librarians (CCL) has paid the 2024 membership for all CCL members.

• Membership is by college.
