Cataloging Work Group

Charge

The Cataloging work group is responsible for proposing policies related to cataloging, assisting in the development of cataloging workflows, and assisting in the development of training for those cataloging in the new shared environment. These actions are guided by our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and accessibility as outlined in the LSP DEIAA statement.

Goals

• To propose policies related to cataloging
• To assist with the development of workflows for cataloging
• To assist with the development of training in conjunction with other work groups
• To report to the LSP Governance Committee and the field at-large on a regular basis
